Hi, I'm Ashish - a Learning and Development (L&D) professional with a unique focus on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Mindfulness. With over 350 workshops and numerous coaching sessions conducted across India, I've helped individuals and organizations create amazing teams and cultivate cultures of empathy and compassion. My journey into L&D began when I failed the Civil Services preliminary exam in 2018. In an effort to find my true calling, I embarked on a solo journey, where I discovered my passion for facilitation and EI.
