As a former startup co-founder and CEO, I had the opportunity to lead and grow a successful content creation and production agency called LearnAur and Fabulaous Media in Mumbai for four years. It was an incredible journey, and I learned so much along the way. My role involved managing all aspects of the business, from developing and executing strategic plans to overseeing daily operations, client relationships, and a team of creative professionals. I was responsible for driving growth and expanding the agency's offerings, resulting in increased revenue and a strong reputation in the market. Building a startup from scratch comes with its fair share of challenges and opportunities. Throughout my journey, I honed my skills in areas such as team management, client acquisition, financial planning, and marketing strategy. It was rewarding to see the results of my efforts as the business grew and achieved its goals. Now, as the Head of Corporate Relations at Masters' Union, I'm excited to bring my experience and industry knowledge to a new role. My background as a startup founder and CEO gives me a unique perspective and valuable insights that I can share with students and entrepreneurs. I'm looking forward to helping them navigate the challenges of building and growing successful businesses.
