I am a Mechanical Engineering professional with over 10 years of experience in commissioning, maintenance, and project execution. Throughout my career, I have worked on large-scale industrial projects, handling commissioning, pre-commissioning, and start-up activities while also supervising maintenance and reliability operations. I have hands-on expertise with both rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes) and static equipment (vessels, heat exchangers, piping, valves). Over the years, I’ve led troubleshooting, overhauling, and root cause analysis (RCA) to improve asset performance and minimize downtime. I am also proficient in enterprise asset management and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Engica, Maximo, Jaggaer, COIN, and Jira. My experience includes applying predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, condition monitoring, performance testing, and ensuring QA/QC compliance across projects. I enjoy leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and implementing maintenance best practices in alignment with HSE standards.
