I am a media and advertising veteran with 18+ years of experience. In my tenure with multiple organizations, commanding different roles, I have handled more than 500 brands across industries. I have worked for leading clients across Agro-Chemical, Entertainment, BFSI, Auto, Retail, and Manufacturing, to handle their mainline & digital mandates. From being an entrepreneur myself to holding CXO positions across companies, I spearhead revenue and operational responsibilities at Eggfirst. An Angel Investor, with a strong intellect and ability to evaluate and assess businesses, I am an investor in MedTech and MediaTech start-ups and consulted a few in their growth journey. I was the brainchild behind India’s fastest-growing internet broadcasting company focusing on entertainment news, as one of the co-founders of IWMBuzz. Some of the largest ground event IPs like MTV-IWMBuzz Digital Awards, IWMBuzz Celeb Bash & Style Awards, India Web Fest, IWMBuzz TV Summit & Awards, and India Kids Summit were conceptualized, marketed, and executed under my leadership. I got an opportunity to work with some of the leading brands like Godrej, Syska, Alkem Labs, Sony, Colors, Zee, Times, Bytedance, to name a few. I am currently the Co-Founder & CEO at Eggfirst, an advertising and digital marketing agency in Mumbai that predominantly focuses on the intersection of vernacular, digital and rural markets. I hold the responsibility of growing the y-o-y revenues while realigning organizational structure and culture; digitally transforming the business to attract talent that can service the digital-first brands. Graduating with specializations in marketing, finance, and international business, I have gained multi-disciplinary knowledge and skills early on in my path to success. I have won several awards for excellence in media business and as an influential entrepreneur like Top 100 Most Influential Global Youth Marketing Professional by CMO Asia & Global Youth Marketing Forum, Young Entrepreneur Award by Indian Achiever Forum, 40 Under 40 by Times Group (2022) and Best Digital Marketing Professional for a Start-up. I have recently been honored with a Doctorate in Leadership. I love to travel, play board games and enjoy Indian delicacies. I have visited Symbiosis, NMIMS, KJ Somaiya, Ashoka University, to name a few, where I have been invited by students and academicians for Guest Lectures on various topics and be the Jury for some intra & inter-collegiate fests, as I seek to keep learning and passing on knowledge to peers, next-gen entrepreneurs and students.
