Background: Since college(IIT Guwahati) I've been researching the proper way to prepare for the product role. I've participated and won the TPF teardown(Leap Scholar) during my final semester and the PM school case challenge numerous times. For almost 2 years I worked in testbook.com(2M DAU) where we built a product which got acquired by Classplus. Following this, I was building ONDC for paytm and as a team we have scaled it to 55k+ merchants and 65L+ products. Now working in Traya across multiple verticals ranging from pnl managemenr, operations, customer experience and logicstics. Motivation: To share my experiences and information which is gathered after lot of experimentation and applying things on myself. Since these things have worked out for me, I wish to share with everyone else.
