I have completed my masters in Psychology with specialisation in clinical. During my masters, I worked at different clinical settings under supervision where I got experience in handling patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse and psychosis. Post masters, I worked in a clinical setting as a Psychologist dealing with both OPD and IPD patients under supervision. I use an eclectic approach comprising of CBT, REBT, ACT, MI and DBT.
