Not where it's trendy. Where it saves hours, reduces errors, or unlocks insight that's currently buried in manual work.

I'll share what's worked in my own context at my prev. organizations and the patterns behind why those worked, so you can evaluate your own use cases with the same lens.

What you'll leave with A written artefact I'll share after the call, typically including: – A shortlist of 4–6 candidate AI use cases ranked by effort vs. impact – A view of which ones are low-hanging fruit (4–8 week build) vs. longer bets – Notes on what "production-grade" actually means for each (guardrails, data readiness, change management) – A rough sequence for the next 90 days

What I won't do I won't sell you a generic AI strategy. I won't promise you'll deploy anything in 90 minutes. And I'll be honest if I think your team isn't ready yet — or if the use case you're excited about is better solved without AI.
