As a Supplier Development Engineer at Eaton, I handle EMobility projects as a Project SPOC for Critical projects, providing vendor training, conducting feasibility reviews, and implementing strategic supplier identification. I also work with E-Mobility suppliers to solve quality issues, minimize PPM & DMRs, and support an effective PPAP. With over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have developed strong skills in supplier qualification, new project development, and product development according to APQP time lines. I have also led SPPAP structure and execution at suppliers, and initiated and completed VAVE projects. I hold certifications in IATF, AS internal auditor, and Various CQI demonstrating my commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
