  • It was a great session. Although I was clueless half of the time and did not have much idea about things. She was patient enough to explain and guide me as how things work.

About me

I am a psychotherapist and mental health researcher. My professional journey with psychology hardly resembles a straight line and looks more like a constellation of experiences and connections. I've walked into varied professional settings, in different capacities as a student, researcher, intern, psychologist and even an expert; and these have been significant chapters in my professional journey. Be it while working in clinical settings, which drives my inspiration, and grounds me or be it as a researcher investigating the intricacies of behavior, the challenge has always been exciting! What it taught, and what continues to help me the most- overcoming that fear of failure and rejection! Clinical work stretches way beyond textbooks and requires consistent adaptation (very few teach you that). Research is so much more than sterile data or fancy names- it's a deep dive into the messy complexity of the human experience! And collaborating with people- it is the most fulfilling experience! There is just so much out there in the world for us to exchange, and learn from. My professional collaborations include working with Harvard University, University of North-Carolina Chapel Hill, Yale University, World Health Organization, UNESCO, AIIMS New Delhi and PsychLine.in. Connections have been pivotal in my journey, be it connecting dots, patterns or people and I'd urge you to explore the power of connecting. Understanding the world through different people's lens', the art of putting forth your story, finding your own fit, and landing in interdisciplinary spaces; I continue to work on these as I scout through the web of connections. IF you're looking for a person who's navigating unconventional routes, who's willing to share the raw unfiltered insights, work with you to overcome that fear of rejection and share the path of exploration and success (visually and practically) ; THEN grab a cup of coffee and let's chat!
