I'm a non-IITian, currently working as SDE2 in Atlassian, previously SDE2 @ Flipkart. I had also cracked SDE3 interview at Groww but chose Atlassian instead. I had started my career in a startup, before switching to Flipkart. I was in non-IIT / non-NIT in ECE branch, hence it was a little tough to crack interviews initially.
