Hello! My name is Aryan Pratap Pandey, and I am from Ayodhya. I completed my schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya and pursued my graduation at the Institute of Hotel Management, Shimla. With a strong academic foundation, I have always been driven by curiosity, discipline, and a passion for continuous growth. Professionally, I began my career with McDonald’s India as a Second Assistant Manager, where I gained nine months of experience in team leadership, people management, and handling dynamic operational challenges. Currently, since May 2024, I have been working as an Assistant Operations Manager at a private hotel, where I continue to strengthen my expertise in operations and management. Alongside my professional journey, I am also an MBA aspirant with a keen interest in competitive exams. In my previous attempts, I secured 90 percentile in CAT, 97 percentile in CMAT, and 85 percentile in XAT. Preparing for these exams has equipped me with insights into exam strategies, time management, and maintaining consistency under pressure. I aim to share these learnings with others who are preparing for similar paths. Beyond academics and work, I am an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures, and I actively engage in sports like cricket and table tennis.
