Sprinklr: Built Business Messaging products (WhatsApp, TikTok Shop, WeChat) for enterprise clients at Sprinklr (CXM Software) Currently working on Gen-AI powered Conversational Analytics. Kepler Cannon: Worked as a consultant at Kepler Cannon, based out of the India office of ~25 people, helping Fortune 500 clients solve complex business problems :) Outside of work, I'm a big time music nerd, binge-reader and occasionally delude myself into trying to run long distances on weekends.
