I have 15+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE from customizing CRM, writing plugins, workflows and giving technical/functional CRM trainings, maintaining and managing a large CRM implementation for a leading US Healthcare organization to currently being a Technical Architect/Specialist on a Dynamics 365 project for a Global Refugee Agency. - Have strong technical background and have worked with CRM 4.0 / CRM 2011 / CRM 2015 / 2016/ D365 CE as technical developer and have been leading development/support teams for last 4 years. - Good knowledge of Google Analytics, custom dashboards, configuring alerts. - Extensively worked on CRM DB tuning, integration for a large implementation of CRM. - Expert in handling critical production issues and providing quick resolution/work around. - Keep myself updated on Azure Machine Learning capabilities in D365 and Azure which are embedded now in everything. - Implemented a pilot ETA prediction model based on azure ML for large batch job completion in current project. - Getting into python, AI, ML before all of us are eventually pushed to it anyways.
