As a Supply Chain Manager, I lead the supply chain function and operations for the newly launched electric car segment. I am responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution. I also oversee the supplier development and performance, ensure the compliance with quality and safety standards, and manage the budget and cost control. With over Eight years of experience in the automotive, powertrain, and bearing industries, I have developed strong skills and competencies in manufacturing operations, lean techniques, change management, Inventory Management , production planning and control, process improvement, multi-site operations, negotiation, strategic sourcing, strategic planning, project management, and cost reduction. I have successfully completed several green field projects, establishing the logistics function and operation from scratch.
