Arvind a 3x entrepreneur and currently the Founder and CEO of SuperBolter. Superbolter is a consumer facing multi sided online 3D platform that makes decorating and renovating a room fun and easy. It brings together designers, merchants, and consumers on one platform. Everyone aspires to get a beautiful home but there are not many consumer friendly solutions in the market. Superbolter fills this gap. SuperBolter is an early stage startup backed by angel investors from India and abroad. Arvind has done his executive education from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore. Prior to Superbolter, Arvind cofounded Furdo, a turnkey home interiors company that focused on the new home market in India. Furdo curated and empaneled the best interior designers and factories. Under his leadership, Furdo grew to a 80+ people company within 2 years clocking $7-8Mn ARR with a CSAT of 4.2. Arvind’s startup journey started with Vrixx back in 2008 where he built a multi tenet cloud based platform that catered to functions and stakeholders of educational institutions in India. Vrixx won the Most Promising Startup in India in 2009 at Proto.in. Arvind’s early career was with Infosys where he worked on international client engagement and software delivery projects in Japan, Taiwan and United States for global leaders such as Goldman Sachs and FANUC. Arvind is a fun loving person who enjoys the journey and not just the results. He is a peoples person and is passionate about his team, friends , family , and music. He believes entrepreneurship is the need of the hour.
