I'm on a mission to transform 5K young brains to serve the aerospace community for safer and quality products. I am a mentor who helps young talented brains to grow their career in the aerospace domain with passion not only inside organisation but also outside organisation. I am self motivated, positive mindset, highly skilled in my profession and a critical thinker who helps organizations to build and establish a new team with my 15 years of aerospace domain knowledge. I started my Journey in 2009 working in NAL as project engineer where I have been mentored by Dr. D V T G Pavan Kumar and Dr Chandra to learn design validation skills (stress analysis). In 2010 , I joined Voith (currently Accenture) , and i was deputed to AIRBUS engineering Centre India. More than 3 years, I gained a skill in Non liner analysis , DFEM modeling while working with Airbus Leads. Journey in Airbus was truly amazing. Very friendly, learning and appreciating environment. In 2014, I joined Collins aerospace. Worked in many nacelle development programs. witness the PDR , CDR, Certification and Sustaining phase of component design and validation. Visited USA on work visa and did project coordination. Visited Collins aerospace manufacturing plant ,USA. After visiting the Nacelle Assembly line, i realised the importance of having manufacturing plants and performing engineering and R&T activities. In Collins ,i helped organization to optimising various nacelle sub assembly and certifying the parts. In 2022, I joined Boeing India. Learning/resolving skills on Landing gear service issues and disposition. I have also set-up additional goals in my life to encourage and work towards to make india Aircraft manufacturing hub. I started mentoring and motivating aero engineers to lead them for a vision where Indian aerospace industry will be filled with highly skilled talented engineers and will create a need to have aerospace full scale aircraft assembly line in india. I create positive auro, well connect with team, leads and motivats team, skilled with planning, priorties , time managements and creates vision board to lead organization. I would love to lead and develop an aerospace industry manufacturing plants,having the capability of a full scale aircraft assembly line with my leadership skills. I support for metal well being of corporate who feel stressed and alone. I try to build trust and listen them with empathy to help them feel better. I am working towards and looking for an opportunity for a operational leadership role where , i can help organizations to grow with my visionary and leading capabilities.
