Hi, I'm Arushi. I'm passionate about building teams, scaling organizations, and helping people build meaningful careers. Over the last few years, I've worked closely with leadership at CARS24, where I played a key role in scaling teams from 200 to 480+ employees during my tenure. My work has gone beyond hiring—I’ve partnered with leaders to build high-performing teams, improve hiring quality, strengthen employer branding, and drive people-first culture initiatives. Today, I'm part of the founding journey of Deployment Inc., an AI-first company backed by the CARS24 Group, where I work directly with the founders to build the organization from 0 to 1. From hiring founding engineers and business leaders to solving organizational challenges, designing talent strategy, and shaping culture, I enjoy building systems that enable companies to scale. If you're looking for guidance on breaking into HR, Talent Acquisition, employer branding, hiring strategy, interview preparation, or growing your career in People & Culture, I'd be happy to help. Let's connect and build your next career milestone together.
