I am an empathy addict working in UX Research. I was introduced to human-centered design in 2017 and have been practicing alongside talented designers and teams since then. For the past 6 years, I've been leading design research to make products and services more user-centered. I have worked in a slew of industries including gaming, events, social media, dating, entertainment, food, B2B E-commerce, web hosting business and fintech. I bring a rich knowledge of the Indian digital audience, right from a marginally educated low tech-savvy wholesaler to a technologically savvy millennial. Currently, I am working at Salesforce as a Senior UX Researcher.
