With Visteon Electronics India, I am responsible to manage Business HR for manufacturing team which has a combination of white-collar and blue-collar employees. Talent review, development and cost management are the core focus areas for my role. Instrumental in strategizing plan and action to achieve Great Place to Work for two consecutive years. With SitusAMC fka String Information Services, I am responsible to manage the HR function for 1100 employees across 2 locations. Responsible for creating a good employee experience right from Sourcing to Exit. Process improvements and HR Analytics are the key strengths for my role which enables me to support the business in meeting its bottom line at ease. With Omega Healthcare, I am responsible managing Business HR for a Strategic Business Unit spread across 4 locations with a span of 4500 employees and was also responsible for HR deliverables for Chennai location as a HR Head. Instrumental in creating early engagement methodologies that has supported the organization to reduce early attrition and enhance employee's productivity. Aligning the team with the business to achieve their bottom line at ease and implemented various processes to achieve the desired results. Started my journey with Allsec Technologies, I was responsible to manage the entire HR deliverables for the corporate team spanning 8500 employees distributed across 10 locations.
