Arun Kumar Ramamurthy is a Graduated mechanical engineer from government recognised public university along with his degree he has completed 3 diplomas. During his academic period, he actively participated in the NCC ( National cadet corps) for 3 years from 2016 - 2019 by talent and dedicated to the NCC he secured CQMS ( Company quartermaster sergeant) rank from the Senior officials. He managed and guided around 120 cadets during his NCC period in a single time through a man management strategy. As a design engineer, he had industrial exposure in various industries like sanjey heavy engineering and Global fabrication engineering with the good principle of conduct. Now he is currently working as an Incubation Manager at Annamalai innovation and incubation research foundation ( AIIRF- EDII ) Annamalai University - TBI, CHIDAMBARAM, sharing knowledge and mentor support to the 30 incubated startups and students of Annamalai university and recently actively trained 16 students in the field agriculture drones and they are successfully finished their project and serving as the District head in Mayiladuthurai region in Tamil Nadu and also mentoring in Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
