With more than 20 years of combined healthcare and digital health project experience, I see myself as a healthcare professional with a passion for technology, I support and consult projects that are focussed on improving patient/ population outcomes through the use of digital tools and solutions. I have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by the intersection of healthcare and technology. In addition, I have also taken international development projects for various developmental agencies (GIZ, ADB, SDC, WB etc.) from conception through implementation by mastering the ability to coordinate schedules and timelines, understand cost drivers that affect budgets, and ability to juggle competing priorities. In my current role, I play multiple roles including product ownership, FHIR and SNOMED consultant and use my skills in healthcare to convert user requirements into UI features and technical requirements for the development team As a healthcare web 3 enthusiast, I am excited to be part of my volunteering activities in the decentralized web. As a part of the DeFi Talents I have developed a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its potential to revolutionize and influence healthcare. I also provide webinars for students at my Alma mater in topics of ML and AI in healthcare I have a double masters (Medical Informatics and Dental Medicine and Radiology) and have received various grants and awards including Deutschlandstipendium, Best research thesis award, awards at various Hackathons, Ocean Protocol grant etc.
