ProsperoGS engages at the strategic level of the business and works closely with the leadership of the company to deliver a transformational consulting programme and implement an intelligent and holistic GenAI based solution called ProsperoGenius. Arun had the privilege of leading invenioLSI as the Group CEO, orchestrating the company's remarkable trajectory of global growth over a transformative ten year period. Arun helped grow the company by over ten times between 2013 and 2021. Arun’s leadership played a significant role in driving value creation, exponential business growth and substantial expansion across the globe. Over a period of five years, Arun had the opportunity of working very closely with well-established Private equity companies, senior debt providers and advisory organisations to assess and improve Enterprise Value for an exit. During this period, Arun gained significant experience in all areas related to M&A, acquiring strategic funding and investments, sound financial management and various aspects related to enterprise value creation.
