I offer pro bono mentorship to engineering students and early-career professionals, helping them prepare for campus placements, excel in interviews, and develop the mindset to thrive in the tech industry.

I also collaborate with placement coordinators and faculty members to identify and address skill gaps, ensuring students are better equipped to meet real-world industry expectations.
