In a professional journey spanning over ten years, Arpita had been instrumental in leading various process improvement and digital transformation projects. While working in the supply chain domain, her focus had always been on providing and enhancing visibility. “If it's not visible, you can’t measure. If you can’t measure, you can’t improve.” With keen interest in S&OP/IBP, she is currently working with global clients on supply chain technology (SAP IBP) implementation and process improvement projects . Coming from a simple background, she had the privilege to work and grow as a techno-com professional through continuous learning and exploring various domains.
