At Swiggy, I lead a team of 4-5 backend and 3-4 frontend end engineers to drive the development for a 0 to 1 product built using existing Swiggy Systems. The learnings while building this product also helpt build another buisness in nearly half the time. Previously I have worked as a Senior Software Engineer in Microsoft 365 Core: People Contacts And Relationships team. In that role, I contributed as a back-end engineer with the goal of analyzing and improving the performance of the service APIs and contributing to development of next-gen contact service APIs. Earlier, at Microsoft, I worked in Kaizala Team which was part of the M365 Ecosystem. Microsoft Kaizala is a mobile-based real-time communication platform. In Kaizala Team I worked on the client side where I contributed to develop the shared infrastructure and core business logic which powered all the three user interfaces which are supported at present (Android, IOS, WebApp). As part of this team, I contributed on the User, Conversations / Groups, and Messaging Pipeline modules as primary owner, enhanced and refactored some of the existing features in these areas, and shipped new features related to privacy controls. Prior to Microsoft, I have 4 years of work experience with Samsung Research Institute Bangalore where I contributed to a range of IoT product and services including a few AI-related features in the product.
