If I had to describe my career in one sentence, I'd say: I'm the person founders bring in when there's a market to be built but no playbook to follow. Every meaningful role I've had has started with the same brief -here's an idea, here's a market, go figure it out. And every time, I've left behind a working business with a team, a P&L, and a process that didn't exist before I arrived.
