I currently work with L'Oréal with their Digital IT function working as a program/project manager on tech implementations and thought leadership on digital aspects of consumer experience, marketing and e-commerce. Prior to this, I worked with Mondelez International with their Digital Innovation team leveraging emerging tech to execute Test & Learns on sales and supply chain improvements. I also led the application design and development team of 16+ people globally to establish their Mobile Centre of Excellence and develop no code low code capabilities and culture. I started my career at Mondelez as a project manager with their Europe growth team handling sales growth deployments. I completed my post-graduation in management from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in March 2017. Born and brought up in a small city named Durgapur in the eastern part of India, I did my schooling in the same city, post which I completed my mechanical engineering graduation from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi in 2015. On a personal front, I am an avid reader and take interest in learning about Japanese Culture. I also love spending my time to paint, sketch and at least try/test out anything that I never explored previously. I consider myself a budding home-chef and a foodie and love trying out new cuisines and creating my own recipes. I follow English Premier League (Arsenal) and love talking football.
