My role involves leveraging analytics to deliver impactful insights that drive decision-making. Previously, I worked as a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant at ZS, collaborating with global pharmaceutical clients on analytics and strategy projects. My key areas of expertise included Salesforce Effectiveness, Forecasting, and Field Force Reporting. These experiences honed my skills in problem-solving and delivering data-driven solutions to complex challenges. I completed my MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur, in 2021, with a dual specialization in Marketing and Finance. As an Executive Member of the Corporate Relations and Placement Committee, I played an instrumental role in placement activities and brand building for the institute. This experience enhanced my leadership, networking, and stakeholder management skills. Prior to my MBA, I earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University. My academic journey included internships at All India Radio and the Indian Statistical Institute, where I gained valuable industry exposure. I also spent 39 months as a Senior Software Developer at Applied Research Works in Kolkata. My work involved database management, quality measure computation, and aligning systems with regulatory standards like NCQA, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
