Over that time, we’ve built a self-generated database of 45,000+ healthcare professionals and recruited 1,350+ doctors. I’ve worked with health-tech startups whose business models are built around online consultations, medicine delivery, diagnostics, wellness, reproductive health, diabetes and chronic care, at home healthcare, and other care delivery models. By sitting in the middle of health-tech startups and doctors as a recruiter and being involved in hiring conversations and negotiations between the two - I’ve gained a perspective of the industry from both sides.
