I made the leap from a mechanical engineering background into software engineering and landed a role at Walmart, a Fortune 500 tech employer, during one of the toughest job markets in recent memory, right as the AI boom reshaped hiring across the industry. I help students and early-career professionals navigate one of the hardest transitions in tech today.
