With a strong foundation in banking and finance, I currently serve as a Principal Associate in the Banking & Finance team at Khaitan & Co., one of India’s leading law firms. Before joining Khaitan & Co., I worked at Argus Partners (Solicitors and Advocates) in their Banking & Finance, Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency practice, and also served as a Legal Manager with ICICI Bank Limited. I hold an undergraduate degree in law from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. I also hold an LL.M. in Corporate Law from University College London (UCL), where I graduated with a Distinction and focused on, Corporate Finance, Insolvency Law, Cross Border Mergers and Acquisitions and Competition Law.
