Arijit is an engineering leader with roughly two decades of experience spanning global technology services and enterprise software delivery. He most recently served as Director of Engineering at Ascendion (2021–2025), where his work centered on AI-enabled software development, engineering leadership, and delivery across technologies including AWS, Docker, and modern full-stack (MERN) architectures. Before Ascendion, he spent nearly 13 years at IBM, rising from Technical Project Lead to Engineering Manager and leading technical delivery for clients such as Pacific Life.
