About me
Arihant graduated from ISB in 2023 with a majors in Operation & Finance. He was in the Dean's and Merit's list (awarded to top 10% of the batch for academic achievements). He is headed to McKinsey & Company as a Junior Associate.
Arihant worked with the AsiaX (Asia excluding China) Lead’s Office at McKinsey, helping drive key strategic priorities for the region. In his earlier role, he was supporting the India Managing Partner.
Previously, he worked with McKinsey Knowledge Centre as an Analyst across Public Sector and Infrastructure projects. His role largely constituted end-to-end module delivery including research & benchmarking, strategic planning, data analysis and module implementation. He was also a part of the working team for McKinsey Global Institute’s report “India’s Turning Point” wherein he built a forecasting model to provide recommendations on potential savings and increment in receipts in the government budget and suggested interventions to unlock the growth potential in electronics manufacturing and power sector in India.
