2. You have at least 3 years of professional experience. This session is not for fresh graduates or those in their first role. It's designed for professionals who have experience, have tried things, and are still feeling stuck, overlooked, or unfulfilled. If you're early in your career, the diagnostic alone will give you significant clarity for now.

This is not a generic coaching call. Every minute is built around your specific Career Design Code results.

Part 1 — Decode Your Results: We go deeper into your archetype, what it means for your career direction, and what it's been costing you to ignore it.

Part 2 — Identify Your Next Move: We map out the one lane most aligned with your strengths, market demand, and long-term goals, so you stop spreading thin and start compounding.

Part 3 — Remove Your Blockers: We name the specific things keeping you stuck — whether it's imposter syndrome, shiny object syndrome, lack of visibility, or something else- and build a 30-day action plan to move past them.

Part 4 — Visibility and Opportunity Strategy: If your next move involves building visibility, through content, LinkedIn, YouTube, or positioning, we'll nail down your platform, your message, and your first step.
