As a Manager-ML/AI at McDonald's, I lead a team of engineers to build scalable ML and AI products that analyze customer behavior patterns on digital platforms. We use MLOps to develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models that provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. I have over seven years of experience in data science and analytics, working with various domains such as advertising, banking, and finance. I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to create end-to-end pipelines that served nearly 300 million users worldwide. I pursued a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where I learned advanced techniques and tools for solving complex business problems using data. I am also enrolled in a Post Graduate Certificate program in Artificial Intelligence at Northwestern University, where I am enhancing my skills and knowledge in deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
