About me

I struggle with the idea of “one life, one career”. I keep my distance from people stuck in their past glories of 'Been There, Done That' mindset. I have my eyes on the what I can do now and next. #BeThereDoThat Probably why I tend to pivot towards opportunities that keep me curious. I’m attracted to places, people and projects that are pushing the envelope not just for the heck of it, but because the alternative seems like a wasted cushion. In the last decade, my pursuit of curiosity exposed me to industries like architecture, publishing and education. It allowed me to dive into domains like design, writing, brand strategy & learning pedagogy. Surprisingly, each fed into the other and this multi-disciplinary intersection is what makes my pursuit exciting on a day-to-day basis. My obsession of taking risks and venturing into uncharted territories came into being from two sources. On one side, taking inspiration from my role models: Warren Buffett & Naval Ravikant. And on the other, acknowledging my privilege — a fair-skinned Indian male, born in an affluent family, a single child with the perks of living in the country’s Capital. It’s like an intangible cushion that I can lean on if my risks don’t pay off. And that’s exactly why I started betting big on myself and my curiosity. Going “all in”, became the modus operandi. Big risks translate to big rewards. However, there’s a flip side too. My curiosity keeps me up at night, continually nudging me to not spend too much time in my comfort zone. Reminding me of the infinite thirst of finding new avenues to feed the beast. The beast is hungry The beast is demanding. The beast hates to settle.
