It was a real nice conversation with Archana. She shared learnings from here experience and how each experience shaped her. The key learning was there is always something to learn. We should not pretend that we know everything. Only you are responsible for your own growth. Plan, prepare and work hard. The way the conversation was structured was very smooth, welcoming and open.
