About me
Archana is an ICF - ACC coach with 500+ hours of practice.
Her work is shaped by her journey through 13+ years of corporate roles in tech, management, strategy, and transformation - alongside cross-country/city moves, parenting, and engaging with diverse life journeys of young and old - each chapter deepening her belief in intentional living and lifelong growth.
Her work ranges from partnering with individuals and teams to build awareness, uncover strengths, shift limiting beliefs, set meaningful intentions, build resilience, and stay accountable. At her core she operates with deep listening and a bold belief in your potential. At heart, she is a facilitator of discovery.
Archana holds a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering from VTU and has an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Certification from Stanford University. She is a design thinking practitioner. She brings a human-centered lens to both design thinking and coaching. Outside of work, she finds joy in travel, stories, music, board games - and a growing love for sarees.
