She is the Founder Director of Mindful Living (OPC) Private Limited (MLPL), which is into training, mentoring, coaching and counselling for corporates, entrepreneurs and graduating freshers. MLPL is a premier Business Partner of IBM and offers their Academic Partnership Program to Universities in India and Overseas. Some of the other landmark programs include Conscious Parenting, Conscious Facilitation, Conscious Leadership, Conscious Entrepreneurship, Lead YourSelf, Find Your Calling and Career Launch Program. She has been in leadership positions in corporate and instrumental in setting up over a dozen successful enterprises over the last 30 years of her professional career. Archana has mentored and coached many start-up entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. She is frequently invited as a motivational speaker by educational institutions, start-up forums, corporate houses, women forums and NGO’s. Archana has been a student of spirituality since last 20 plus years. She is passionate about transforming lives and making a positive difference to the world around her. She is a science graduate with post-graduation in special education.
