Before we meet I prefer to fully understand

- why it is unique

- who is the target audience

- which segments you plan to reach

- what is your pricing in comaprison to others offering the same,

- your current marketing plan

Please share as much as you can before the 1st session

1 session: Once I have the full understanding of your business, I will recommend GTM strategies and the way you should market/position your self. This will be an interactive session and not a guidence for you to follow blindly. I ensure I work with you as a CMO and help you in every aspect

2. The second session will address your feedback and how we can re align the GTM plan if need be. In this session we will also look at how to brand your company to win in the market. I will recommend various elements of marketing or channels of promotion that uniquely suits your business.

3. Check-in on progress and any re alignment needed. Here I will also help in creating a full funnnel Demand generation plan to create leads and enquires. Also ensuring you have the right system in place to cater to those needs immedietly through Inside sales efforts.
