Hi, I'm Arafat Khan — an engineer, a management graduate, a corporate professional, a creator, and above all, a lifelong learner who believes in the power of ideas to create real change. I'm a B.Tech + MBA graduate and a proud Xavier alumnus. I currently work as an Assistant Manager at a Big 4 firm, where I get to solve complex problems, work with incredible people, and learn something new every day. Alongside my corporate journey, I founded Mindcrafted — a platform where I share practical ideas, insights, and tools to help people grow in their personal and professional lives. Today, Mindcrafted has a community of 10K+ on Instagram, and it keeps growing because the goal has never changed: help people think better, work smarter, and live with more purpose. My mindset: stay curious, always. Focus on what I can control. Small steps compound. Lift others as I grow. Be professional, but remain human. My aspiration is simple — to create a larger impact through Mindcrafted, build a community of learners, thinkers, and doers, and help people design a life they're genuinely proud of. If any of that resonates with you, I'd love for you to be part of this journey. Let's keep learning, growing, and building — together.
