Hi 👋 I'm April I wear two hats - I am the Vice President of Human Resources at a Security Start Up based in NYC and the Founder & CEO of the Little Talent Group. I have worked for several Fortune 500 companies over the past 12+ years in Talent Acquisition & Human Resources. I have achieved 4 promotions over the last 5 years of my career, I was most recently promoted to the Vice President of Human Resources for delivering a world-class Talent Acquisition strategy that secured several new leaders as the organization transitioned into hyper-growth. I love all things Talent & Human Resources but my favorite part of my job was developing my team into "peak performers" while recruiting and working closely with Executives. As a Career Maximalist Coach I empower high-potential & mid-level professionals for the next level of their career via 1:1 sessions.
