I’m Apoorva, a program manager with over 6 years of experience working across strategic initiatives, training programs, and learning experience design. I work closely with individuals and teams to bring structure, clarity, and thoughtful execution of solutions to business problems. With an academic background in Mathematics and Education, I approach problem-solving through data, clear frameworks, and continuous improvement. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with cross-functional and global teams to design, manage, and scale learning and development initiatives across different contexts. My experience includes instructional design, leadership development, change management, consulting-led trainings, defect reduction initiatives, and end-to-end program execution. I use generative AI tools in my projects to improve efficiency and engagement. Alongside this, I value social-emotional learning (SEL) and try to integrate SEL principles into my work to create learning experiences that are supportive, human-centered, and sustainable.
