I am an IIM Kozhikode MBA alumna, a Computer Science graduate from BITS Pilani, and hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Chemistry. I have worked across demanding environments at Amazon, JP Morgan, and PayTM, where clarity of thought and execution mattered more than polished answers. I have also converted PhD interviews at IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore, among the most intellectually rigorous interview processes in the country. These interviews are not cleared by confidence alone. They test depth, coherence, and the ability to defend your thinking under pressure. I know this because I have been on the other side of the table. My approach to interview preparation is diagnostic and uncompromising. I will point out gaps in your story, flaws in your logic, and weaknesses in your articulation. If something does not make sense, I will say it directly. If your answer sounds rehearsed, shallow, or misaligned, we fix it or discard it.
