Aparna Lidhu is a Senior Product Owner and Founder with over 6 years of experience driving digital transformation, GenAI innovation, and product leadership across enterprise, government, and media domains.
At Accenture, she has led product delivery for a top global social media client and the CIO organization, driving GenAI transformation across internal HR processes. She defined and launched GenAI-powered HR Copilot agents within M365 and Teams—streamlining employee support, automating workflows, and enhancing HR service efficiency. These initiatives reduced support tickets by 40%, improved accuracy, and accelerated enterprise-wide AI adoption. She also delivered six high-impact product features, boosting engagement by 30% and retention by 25%, while embedding agile practices that elevated quality and delivery velocity.
As the Founder of Dinosys Infotech, Aparna built a GovTech startup entirely without investors, assembling her own team and deploying scalable technology solutions for public safety and governance. She led the creation of:

Aparna’s leadership extends beyond technology. As Head of the Leo Business Club, she spearheaded youth entrepreneurship programs, mentorship initiatives, and community-driven projects. An alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program at IIM Bangalore, Aparna holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science (A+) from Usha Mittal Institute of Technology, where she served as E-Cell Chairperson and led multiple innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives.
