My journey in the supply chain industry started with a childhood curiosity sparked by growing up in a steel city in India, observing raw material movement and imagining the intricate operations behind it. Over the past few years, I have honed my expertise in various facets of SCM through diverse roles. Starting at the grassroots, I managed warehouse operations in a book distribution center, overseeing on-time deliveries, optimizing workflows, and leading a team to success. Later, at a multinational corporation in Bangalore, I became the single point of contact for clients and vendors, managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including supplier selection, order management, expediting, and invoicing. My contributions led to a significant improvement in customer service by bridging supplier-customer gaps, earning me an Appreciation Award for process enhancements and understanding customer needs. For the last two years, I worked as a Senior Education Architect at o9 Solutions, where I combined my passion for education and supply chain. In this role, I trained global customers and partners on the o9 Demand Planning platform, developed comprehensive learning content for the o9 Academy, and ensured a seamless knowledge transfer of complex concepts. My role strengthened my ability to simplify and communicate intricate processes, fostering collaboration and enhancing user adoption of cutting-edge supply chain solutions. Outside of work, I am a certified Kathak dancer, which reflects my creativity and confidence. Performing on stage has enhanced my presentation and public-speaking skills, while my participation in the Rotary Short-term Exchange Program in Taiwan enriched my cultural understanding and adaptability. I am currently seeking new opportunities in the field of Supply Chain, where I can leverage my hands-on experience and passion for solving complex challenges. With expertise in o9 ERP, demand planning, and supply chain solutions training, I am eager to contribute to an organization that values innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
