I'm Aparajita Basu Roy, and I'm on a journey of self-discovery, seeking what truly fits me beyond external expectations. With a Master's degree in neuropsychology, I combine interpersonal and eclectic therapy techniques in my practice. Since 2019, I've worked with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate their mental health journeys. I love exploring music, films, anime, TV shows, books, and manga in my free time. “The mind is beautiful because of the paradox. It uses itself to understand itself.” I'm fascinated by our unique behaviors and reactions and passionate about using this understanding to help others. My calling is to care for, teach, and support others, promoting healing through mutual support.
