Hi! I am Anza, and my journey over the past seven years has been an incredible mix of challenges, growth, and achievements that I’m excited to share. In 2017, I made the life-changing decision to move to Canada as an international student to pursue my MBA. Balancing academics and work, I gained hands-on experience while managing my studies, which taught me invaluable lessons in time management, resilience, and adaptability. Living in Quebec with basic French knowledge was both an adventure and a learning curve, shaping me into a resourceful and determined individual. After completing my MBA, I dove into the professional world, gaining valuable experience in sales and program management. At Autodesk, I have the privilege of working on customer-focused initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving impactful programs. In addition to my career milestones, I earned my PMP certification, which deepened my expertise in leading complex projects and collaborating across diverse teams. Along the way, I achieved significant personal milestones too: buying my first home in Canada, gaining permanent residency, and eventually obtaining Canadian citizenship. While it was bittersweet to give up my Indian citizenship, it marked the culmination of a transformative journey filled with growth and new beginnings. Today, I’m proud to call Canada home and grateful for all the experiences that have shaped me. I’m passionate about continuous learning, leveraging my multicultural background, and contributing to meaningful projects that drive impact.
