"Industrial-Organisational Psychologist by Education, Management Consultant by Profession," with being LinkedIn's Top Voice of the Year (2024) on the subject matter of Psychology. While pursuing a Masters in Psychology & Management at CHRIST University, B'lore (2020-2022), I explored various HR domains and intersections of I/O Psychology during internships only to find my interest - Management Consulting. Currently working with EY as a Management Consultant, I have close to 2 years of experience involving Program Management & Organisational Change Management lifecycle of large-scale Business transformations with flavours of Strategic Consulting and HR process understanding. Areas of interest include Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being, & Neuro-Business Psychology from the Psychology perspective AND Organisational Change Management, HR Transformation & Strategic Consulting from the Management perspective. With that, I am a Co-Founder at 'AllthingsIO' (my passion project), an educational initiative to spread awareness and knowledge about the fascinating world of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and bring together I-O enthusiasts both students and professionals, to explore its power beyond bookish knowledge.
