A mid-career professional working at the cusp of impact and startups, I am currently a Senior Program Manager at Mesa School of Business, a new age business school for startup leaders of tomorrow. Having spent more than 3 years in the impact sector, specifically in governance consulting, I have strong expertise in stakeholder management, top-down problem solving and structured communication. I worked directly with the Founder and CEO as part of the CEO's Office at Samagra, where I end-to-end managed projects, reformed the organizational growth strategy and supported in business development. I also worked directly with the Education Department of Himachal Pradesh on online learning initiatives in the midst of the pandemic and beyond. During my college days, I have worked with the United Nations, ECHO, CRY, KSCF, Delhi Government Health Department and Office of MP Meenakshi Lekhi. I am also a proud ex-UPSC aspirant who spent one year preparing for the exam, only to later pivot to equally good opportunities in creating impact.
